This Refund And Cancellation Policy notice for Visax Technologies India Private Limited ("we," "us," "our,” or “ the company“), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services").

Visa related services can be cancelled by reaching our customer support team at support@getvisax.com. If the particular request is approved, the cancellation will be confirmed offline or through email/text messages and refunds, if any, will be credited back to the account used for the booking, after the deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
We reserve the right to levy a cancellation charge that would be decided on a per case basis. The usual range for the cancellation is from 5-50%, on the total sale value, inclusive of taxes.
Please note that If any payments were made through a non INR denominated card or A card not issued in India or an account mode that is not based in India, no taxes charged shall be refunded.
No cancellations will be allowed after the visa application has already been submitted by the company to the visa application service provider or to the consulate/embassy.
No refund is forthcoming of any fees paid to the company or the VAC, embassy/consulate where the visa application has been lodged to the Immigration Authorities regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
If you have applied for a visa to a country that has outsourced its administrative tasks for visa collection to VFS Global or similar agencies, then the Administration Fee in case of “Rescheduling” or a “No Show” shall be governed by such agency’s own Refund and Cancellation policy.
In case of a “No Show” at the visa collection centre on the assigned date and time, the company will only be responsible for assisting the client in rescheduling their visa appointment after the applicant pays the relevant “Rescheduling Fee” plus any charges the company deems fit to assist the client.
This “Rescheduling Fee” would be different for different countries to which Visa is applied and the charges to the customer would also be different depending on the city and centre from where the customer is submitting his or her application.
When you make a Booking for any other travel related services like flights, accommodation, ground travel, sea travel, etc. through us, you accept the applicable policies as displayed during the booking process. We do not directly handle these bookings. We use a 3rd party service to facilitate bookings. You'll find each Service Provider's cancellation policy and any other policies (about age requirements, security/damage deposits, additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds, breakfast, pets, etc.) on the Service Provider's information pages, during the booking process, in the fine print, and in the confirmation email or ticket.
If you cancel a Booking or don't show up, any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider's cancellation/no-show policy.
Some Bookings can't be cancelled for free, while others can only be cancelled for a fee before a deadline.
We might occasionally use a 3rd party vendor or service provider for any on-ground, logistics and document verification or any related services as required. You will be informed whenever a 3rd party vendor or service provider is involved in the process and any cancellation/cancellation fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider's cancellation and refund policy.
All approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited to the original source of payment and in the original currency.
The Company reserves the right to change temporarily or permanently, some or all of the cancellation and refund policy, with respect to any or all users, at any time with or without notice.
In the case of any delay in approved refunds, the client is encouraged to contact the Grievance Group, formed within the customer support division via email at grievance@getvisax.com, within 5 business days of the end of the 15-business-day refund period. Failing which, no further refund claims shall be entertained.
The company is only responsible for advising a client and helping the client in submitting the visa application. In some cases, we might also submit on behalf of the applicant and irrespective of the role played by the company, the company cannot be held responsible for the result of the application.
IT MUST BE NOTED THAT THE GRANT OR REFUSAL OF THE VISA IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE EMBASSY OF THE RESPECTIVE COUNTRY AND WE ARE NEITHER INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS NOR ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DELAY IN PROCESSING OR GRANT OR REJECTION OF THE VISA APPLICATION OF ANY APPLICANT BY THE EMBASSY, AND THE EMBASSY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR FURTHER DOCUMENTATION AND TO REFUSE THE VISA APPLICATION.
The approval of the application is subject to the government of the country to which the visa is applied. The company cannot be held responsible for application results which are caused by inaccurate information or from a mistake made by the applicant.
The company reserves the right to cancel an applicant's registration and to delete their personal information if:
We reserve the right to treat all information and paperwork/documents provided by the client as legally valid documents. The company cannot be held liable in case of the paperwork or documents provided by the client are deemed fraudulent or erroneous after the application process to the service providers or embassy/consulate. This may include but is not limited to documentation from third parties such as partners, family, employers, sponsors, assessment bodies, financial bodies, educational bodies, etc. The company also reserves the right to not submit an application till it is provided with all the required information, documents or both from the client.
The company is not liable whatsoever if the applicant's visa is rejected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If the applicant's visa application is denied by the Government of the country to which the visa is applied, he/she accepts that neither the government (through its embassy), nor the company are required to provide a reason for the refusal/rejection or withdrawal.
The company will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to a delay in the visa process due to circumstances outside of our control. The company bears no responsibility for costs incurred by an applicant or any secondary applicants while waiting for a visa to be finalized by the immigration authorities. These costs may include but are not limited to the cost of flights, rent of accommodation, loss of earnings, or any other costs. The company is not liable for any costs arising from any action or inaction of any immigration authority, embassy, or government body associated with the visa process or indeed for the non-provision of service from any third party associated with the visa process or visa delivery that may result in a visa application or any part in the visa application process being delayed or refused as a result. In some cases, the embassy may decide to review an application in the destination country rather than at the local embassy. This decision is at the discretion of the embassy. In such cases, It may take longer than the standard processing time for such applications to be processed and this is outside the control of the company.
The company will always work on a visa application in the clients best interest. We are a private commercial enterprise and we do not have authority decide on a visa or entry permit of any kind. We cannot guarantee a positive result on a visa application or any assessment or review in arriving at the final result, which is part of the visa process. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant organization responsible for issuing that result.
THE COMPANY CANNOT INFLUENCE:
The immigration authority/officer has the sole decision on the terms of a visa or entry permit that they grant. This term may be less than the term expected or requested by the client. Similarly, the immigration authority/officer has the sole decision on the start/end date that they place on a granted visa. This date may be before the date expected or requested by the client. The company is not responsible for the terms of any visa issued or the start/end date placed on a visa by an immigration authority. Teleport has no authority or control to change this term/date.
The company advises its clients on visa options and applies for visa applications on their behalf in good faith based on proprietary technology and immigration information made available directly by immigration and embassy departments at the time of application. In the event where immigration laws and/or regulations have been updated by an immigration department, but such updates have not been made known to the public at the time of visa lodgement such conflicting information is outside the control of the company. The company will not be liable for any visa application being refused or any additional costs arising from such a refusal (including travel costs) should situations of outdated information arise. If an immigration authority has incorporated a deadline for the submission of documents to an application, these documents must be provided at the earliest possible time but no later than 48 hours prior to the deadline date.
